Meditation has the power to transform your mind, body, and soul. So many top performers like Katy Perry, Jennifer Aniston, and Madonna attribute the biggest shifts in their life to adopting a meditation practice.

As you go through the Audacity Journal, we recommend trying to meditate each and every day. There is no right or wrong way to do this – find what works for you. Also, feel free to explore different meditation practices, from transcendental, walking, guided and more. The goal is to use meditation to clear your mind and tap into your highest level of consciousness. In the journal, we recommend meditating in the morning and evening. But, in reality, the best time to meditate is the time that works for you and your schedule.
